ADULT PICKUP BASKETBALL RULES
TUESDAY MORNINGS 5:30 AM – 7:30 AM, JANUARY - APRIL
VIEW CALENDAR ON OUR WEBSITE OR CALL CITY HALL THE DAY BEFORE TO ENSURE THE GYM IS NOT CLOSED FOR A SCHEDULED EVENT.
- For the safety of all participants, those in attendance must be 18 years or older.
- Free admission
- Please sign in on the form located within the gym
- The use of courts is on a first-come, first-served basis
- If over 10 players, pickup games to be half court mandatory
- Basketballs located in the north closet within the gym
- No gum, food or drinks – Water with a sealed lid only
- Balls may NOT be kicked or hit against walls or ceilings
- NO DUNKING or hanging from rims or nets
- No pets allowed in gym
- Proper/Clean footwear must be worn – NO socks/bare feet
- Clean up after use
- No inappropriate language, behavior, clothing, or music
- No spitting on floor or in water fountains
- This facility is under 24-hour video surveillance
- Hickman City staff have the right to ask anyone to leave.
- The City of Hickman is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. **PLAY AT OWN RISK**
Private Athletic Reservations are available for groups and/or families interested in playing basketball outside of Open Play. Please email the Activities/Community Center Coordinator for applications and availability at activities@hickman.ne.gov.
